How to face my illness?

The first thing that you must do is open your mind. Remember that you mind is like a parachute that is useless if closed; if you keep it rigid it is like a glass ball that will fall and shatter, but if you keep it flexible it is like a rubber ball, and the harder you hit it the higher it will bounce.

So that what I am going to give you now really works for you and you see positive changes in your health, you must have a totally open mind and firmly believe that you will be able to get out of your current situation.

Don’t ask ‘why’ but ‘for what reason’ this is happening in your life. The first thing that you must do is to use the meditation CD which uses quadri-aural healing and subliminal messages of healing, liberation and overcoming on a subconscious level. You must listen to it daily with headphones, at least once a day. Meditation must become your daily tool for the rest of your life; I practice it religiously every day of my life.

You must drink your first excretion of urine in the morning, except for the first little bit which carries residues. Don’t worry if this gives you mild diarrhoea. You must also drink as much water as possible, without going to excess. Reduce your consumption of dairy and animal products. Your body will tell you what you can and can’t eat. If you eat dairy products and they don’t agree with you, simply replace them.

At dawn you must walk barefoot on grass, sand or bare earth for a while (10 minutes) and then hug a tree for at least 2 minutes. As ridiculous as this therapy may seem, that living tree not only produces oxygen but also attracts energy, be it a lightening bolt or our negative energy. You must exercise for at least an hour a day.

It is imperative that you read the book I Love You…But I’m Happy Without You, which will be a spectacular tool in your process. You will understand the power of silence, contemplation, meditation, creative visualisation and unconditional loving service, which you should be daily activities, whatever your situation.

I have seen hundreds of such recoveries, and the most important thing is that you have great FAITH in God, in yourself, in what you are doing. Concentrate all your energy in the space between your eyebrows, in what you want to be and in seeing yourself healthy, happy and calm. Never concentrate on your illness, on negativity or on scarcity. And if you do so, immediately replace those negative thoughts by making positive affirmations out loud.
